These terms apply to this informational website. Client services are governed by a separate written agreement.
No guaranteed marketing results
Examples, strategies, case studies, articles, projections, and discussions of leads, rankings, reach, or growth are educational and illustrative. Marketing results vary based on the offer, market, budget, competition, platform decisions, sales process, and other factors outside our control. Valley Creative Partners does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, impressions, or return on ad spend unless a signed client agreement expressly states otherwise.
Audits, proposals, and client relationships
A free audit, website visit, form submission, email, phone call, or social-media message does not create an agency-client, fiduciary, partnership, or exclusive relationship. Scope, fees, ad spend, ownership, approvals, timelines, cancellation, and other service terms apply only when included in a separate agreement accepted by the parties.
Platform and advertising compliance
References to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Clients remain responsible for truthful claims, required licenses, offer terms, privacy notices, and legal approval of their products and services. Platform policies and results can change.
Intellectual property and portfolio work
Website branding, copy, design, and original materials belong to Valley Creative Partners or their respective owners and may not be commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Client names and examples remain the property of their owners. Displayed work is presented as portfolio material and does not transfer ownership of client brands.
Website availability and outside links
We aim to keep information accurate and available, but the website may contain errors or become unavailable. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, security, or privacy practices.
California law and consumer rights
